Welcome to Geometry! Throughout the year we will be covering a wide variety of topics and moving at a consistent pace. Many of the topics covered will be new to you and may seem different and difficult. One huge part of Geometry is vocabulary, so it will be important for you to know your vocabulary terms. It is also important to have a good understanding of solving all types of equations. Even though this is Geometry, almost every problem we will encounter will have an equation that needs to be solved. If you feel like you are weak on solving equations, take advantage of the tutoring sessions and come in for extra practice. It will also be very important for students to stay ahead of the game and not wait until the day before the test to get help. Please take advantage of the resources that are on this website, they can be very helpful in gaining a better understanding of the material.
